Dr. Nadeem is the Founder Director of Serene Designs and Consultants Pvt. Ltd., with

over 30 years of extensive experience in MEP design. Holding a Doctorate in Energy

Studies, he is a distinguished expert in sustainable engineering and energy-efficient

building systems. His professional journey spans across India, the Middle East,Canada, Africa and South-East Asis where he has successfully led the design and execution of more than 2000 projects. A pathbreaker in HVAC innovation, Dr. Nadeem designed India’s first water-based geothermal heat pump and has significantly contributed to the evolution of data center air-conditioning design practices. He is also a published author of several research papers in reputed international journals, underlining his academic depth and practical expertise.
