Aneesh Kadyan, Sr Executive Director – Property Management, at CBRE South Asia Pvt ltd, a leading real estate services firm. He heads the India Property Management operations, overseeing a portfolio of over 210 million sq ft of commercial, retail and residential assets and a team of 1600 building management professionals. He has been with CBRE for 17 years and prior to that, served with the India Navy in the Submarine arm. He is a post graduate in Mechanical Engineering and his areas of interest include maintenance management, corporate governance, strategic planning and technology interventions in Industry.
